Your team is the set of accounts that may act as this partner. It is a short list with a lot of weight: a membership row here is the whole of someone's access to your book of business, and removing it is the whole of taking that access away.
Read the roster#
Each row is one teammate: their name, the address their Nerve account uses, and their role.
Two roles and no editor. What a teammate can do follows from which of the two they hold.

Your own row is marked you, and carries no buttons — you cannot re-role or remove yourself, which is the simplest possible guard against locking yourself out.
Invite a teammate#
- Type their e-mail address in the invite field.
- Choose Staff or Owner.
- Select Invite.
An address and a role. There is nothing else to decide, because there is nothing else to scope.
They appear on the roster immediately, and their access begins on their next sign-in.

They must already have a Nerve account. "Invite" grants an existing account partner access; it does not create one and it sends no e-mail. An address Nerve does not know is refused with No account with that email — ask them to register first, then invite the address they registered with.
A teammate you add reaches this partner and nothing else. Not another partner you also act for, and not any hotel or organisation — the membership row is the boundary, and it names one partner.
Change a teammate's role#
The control on each row toggles between the two roles, so it reads as the change it will make:
- Find the teammate.
- Select Make owner or Make staff.
The change takes effect on their next request. Promote sparingly: an owner can pay money out, take on new business and change this roster, including removing other owners.
Revoke a teammate#
- Find the teammate.
- Select the remove control at the end of their row.
Their partner access ends immediately. Their Nerve account is untouched — you are removing a membership, not deleting a person, and if they also work in a hotel workspace that access is in a different realm entirely and is unaffected.

A partner cannot be left without an owner. Removing the last owner, or demoting them to staff, is refused. Promote someone else first, then step back.
