Who this is for: Owner — creating a group or inviting a member needs
headquarter.group.manage; accepting or declining an invitation addressed to you needsheadquarter.member.manageon the hotel you pick. Where: Headquarter → Groups
This screen has two halves, stacked: the groups your organisation owns, and the invitations addressed to your account. Most accounts only ever use one half; an account that both runs a reporting group and has accepted somebody else's sees both.
Create a group#
- Select Create group.
- Name it — the name is what a member sees on the invitation, and what you see on the Dashboard's group picker.
- Select Create group.
A new group has no members. It is yours to invite into.
Invite a property#
- Find the group under Groups you own.
- Select Invite property.
- Enter the admin email of the property you want to invite.
- Select Invite property.
หมายเหตุ
You invite an email address, not an organisation. Unlike operator links, which are accepted by pasting an organisation id, Headquarter never asks you for the other side's tenant identifier — you very likely do not have it. The invitation sits as Invited until an admin signed in under that email address accepts it.
Inviting the same email twice while an invitation is still pending is refused; revoke the first one if you need to resend it.
Accept or decline an invitation — as the invited property#
Invitations addressed to your account's email appear under Invitations to you.
- Select Accept.
- Choose the organisation, then the hotel within it that you want to enroll. This is your own reachable org/hotel list — the owner never named one, because it cannot see your ids.
- Select Accept.
The hotel you pick must be one where you personally hold headquarter.member.manage — the same check that proves the hotel is genuinely yours to enroll. Once accepted, that hotel's occupancy, ADR, RevPAR and room revenue become readable on the owning organisation's Dashboard, and the membership shows as Active here.
To decline instead, select Decline. A declined invitation is gone; the owner would need to invite the same email again to retry.
สำคัญ
Accepting is the whole authorization. No login is shared, no role changes at your property, and the owning organisation gains no access to anything except the four figures the roll-up reads. You can end that at any time — see below.
End a membership#
Either side can end an active membership, from their own half of this screen:
- As the owner, revoking the group removes every member at once; there is no per-member revoke shown here today — remove the group itself if you want to end it for everyone, or ask the member to leave.
- As the member, declining while still invited or leaving once active removes your own hotel from the group. Nobody else's membership is affected.
Either way, the change is immediate: the hotel's figures stop being readable on the owner's dashboard from that moment.
