General parameters
A handful of per-property operator switches that don't belong to any one module — kitchen-ticket copies, cash rounding, the default guest language.

A short list of property-wide switches that are each too small to deserve their own settings screen, and don't belong to any single module:
| Parameter | What it does |
|---|---|
| Print a kitchen order ticket copy at the bar | When on, a KOT fires a second copy to the bar printer alongside the kitchen — see Printers for how a document class actually resolves to a device. |
| Round cash payments to the nearest (minor units) | Rounds a cash settlement to the nearest unit you set, for currencies or house policies where exact minor-unit cash isn't practical. 0 means no rounding. |
| Default guest language | The language a new guest profile starts in before anyone picks one explicitly. |
Each value applies immediately on save; there is no separate publish step.
