Headquarter

Dashboard

One card per active member property — occupancy, ADR, RevPAR and room revenue, fanned out across a group your organisation owns.

Who this is for: Owner — requires headquarter.read. Where: Headquarter → Dashboard

The dashboard reads a group you own, not one you have merely joined as a member. If your organisation only belongs to somebody else's group, this screen shows an empty state — the roll-up view belongs to the owner, and a member reads its own figures through its own Dashboard/Analytics instead.

Read a group's roll-up#

  1. If your organisation owns more than one group, choose which from the selector at the top.
  2. Read one card per active member property: occupancy, ADR, RevPAR and room revenue.

A group with no active members yet — every invitation still pending, or none sent — shows an empty state rather than a blank grid.

When a slice can't be read#

A card that could not be read shows a failure message in place of its figures, and the rest of the dashboard still renders around it. A banner above the grid says some properties could not be loaded on this pass when that happens.

This mirrors the portfolio home's own fan-out: one scoped read per member property, so one property having a bad moment never blanks the figures for the rest of the group.
