White-label branding
Your brand name, colour and booking domain — one configuration per partner, resolved publicly by domain so a resold site can theme itself.

Who this is for: Partner — every teammate can read the branding; saving it needs
affiliates.whitelabel.manage, which only a partner owner holds. Where: Partner portal → White-label
White-label is how a resold instance presents itself as yours: your brand name, your colour, your logo and your own booking domain, instead of Nerve's. One configuration per partner, and it is resolved publicly by domain — which is what lets a booking site at your address theme itself without anyone signing in.
Set your brand#
- Type the Brand name your customers should see.
- Pick the Primary colour.
- Choose the Packaging tier you resell at.
- Paste a Logo URL — the image must already be hosted somewhere public.
- Select Save branding.

The preview beside the form is live: it re-renders as you type, so the colour and the name can be judged before they are saved.
The preview shows the brand mark, the name, the tier and the domain together — which is the whole of what the public resolver returns.
Note
The logo is referenced, not uploaded. There is no file picker here; the field takes a URL to an image you host. Use a stable one — if it moves, your customers see a gap.
Claim a custom domain#
The domain is the key everything else hangs from: it is what the public resolver looks branding up by.
- Type the domain your booking site will run on — the host only, with no scheme and no path.
- Select Save branding.
Matching is case-insensitive, so a request that arrives shouting resolves the same as one that does not.
Warning
A domain can be claimed by one partner only. Saving one that another partner already holds is refused as a conflict. Leaving the field empty is fine and claims nothing — it is not a claim on the blank domain, so any number of partners can have no domain set.
Your branding is then readable by anyone who asks for that host, with no session and no key. That is deliberate: a booking page has to be able to theme itself before it knows who is looking. Treat this screen as public copy — nothing you would not put on a home page belongs in it.
Choose a packaging tier#
The tier — Standard, Pro or Enterprise — records the commercial packaging you resell under, so your agreement with Nerve and the resold experience name the same one. It is returned alongside the brand by the public resolver.
It grants nothing by itself. Switching it turns no features on for the hotels in your portfolio: their apps are enabled per property, exactly as for any other customer, and their commission rate is the one on their portfolio entry. Set the tier to match what you sell; do not use it to try to change what anyone gets.
What's next#
- Your portfolio — a customer reached through your brand is onboarded with the white-label relationship.
- Embedding the direct booking widget — the widget a hotel embeds on its own site, which is the customer-side equivalent of this.
