Short-let operators
Your problem is not a room rack. It is owner reporting, getting paid, and keeping turns straight between a same-day departure and a same-day arrival ten minutes away.
Who this is for
You run an Airbnb or multi-listing management company. The units belong to other people, they are not in one building, and the work that actually takes your week is reporting to owners, calculating commission, keeping calendars in sync and getting cleaners to the right door. A PMS built around a front desk you do not have is not the thing you need.

What you switch on
And why this module, for this kind of property — not the generic description.
Partner Portal
This is the module you are actually buying. A portfolio with a commission rate on every property, statements that reconcile against billing, and payouts scheduled against a named period — the owner conversation, inside the product rather than in a spreadsheet you rebuild every month.
See the module →Reservations
One availability truth across every listing and every channel, with a queue you can read when a push does not land. Composite units matter here too: a whole apartment and the rooms inside it can be sold either way without double-selling.
See the module →Housekeeping
Same-day out, same-day in, at an address where nobody is standing. Status is a fact on the board and check-in reads it, so a turn that has not happened cannot be quietly checked into.
See the module →Integrations
Your channels, your own site, and whatever else you already run. The booking widget gives you commission-free direct bookings with no developer, and the API and MCP endpoint are there for when you have one.

What you can ignore
This section is the point of the page. A product that needs all of itself at every size is not a product that fits you.
Point of Sale
You have no restaurant, no bar and no spa. Leave it off.
Inventory
Stores, suppliers, purchase orders and recipe costing are for a property with a kitchen. Linen you count in your head is not a stock ledger.
Revenue
Forecasting and pace pay for themselves at scale, against a house of known size. Across a scattered portfolio of small units, channel pricing and your own judgement do more.
A Tuesday
- A same-day departure at one address and a same-day arrival at another. The departure flips the room dirty on the board, the cleaner clears it there, and the arrival cannot be checked in until they have.
- A month closes. The statement is generated over the period, shows the gross revenue and the rate applied per hotel, and reconciles against the billing feed before anyone sees a number.
- The payout is scheduled against that statement period with a due date, and marked paid when the money has moved. Nothing in the chain is an unattributed amount.

What you already have
Airbnb and Booking.com through the channel connections, your own website through the booking widget, and your accountant through a trial-balance export. Nerve is not asking you to leave any of them.
