Partner Portal
The surface for anyone running properties they do not own — a portfolio with commission rates, statements that reconcile against billing, scheduled payouts, and white-label branding on a custom domain.
The partner portal is a separate realm, reached by stepping up with a re-authentication, for organisations whose business is other people's properties. A hotel joins the portfolio with a relationship and a commission rate; a statement calculates commission over a period from the gross revenue it names; a payout settles a named statement period; and an operator link plus a delegated role is what actually lets one organisation's staff work in another's.
The book, with a rate attached to every property
Hotels, organisations, lifetime revenue and lifetime commission across the portfolio, and then the hotels themselves — each with its relationship and the commission rate agreed for it. Onboarding a hotel takes its organisation, its name, the relationship type and that rate.

A link, and then a role delegated across it
An operator link connects two organisations, and grants nothing on its own. The managed organisation delegates a role to the operator's roster, and each person on the roster then holds an ordinary membership there. Adding or removing someone keeps every managed organisation in step — which is what makes a staff change one action instead of twenty.

A statement that reconciles against billing
Generate over a date range and the statement shows the gross revenue it was calculated from, the rate applied per hotel, and the commission due. Reconciling it against the billing feed either confirms the two agree or does not — and the answer sits on the statement rather than in an email thread.

Payouts attached to a period
A payout is scheduled against a named statement period with a due date, sits as “scheduled”, and is marked paid once the money has actually moved. There is no unattributed amount at any point in that chain.

Your brand, your domain
Brand name, primary colour, logo, packaging tier and a custom domain, rendered by the booking app for resold instances — with a live preview showing the result while you set it.

The portal's reads are ordinary scoped operations — portfolio, statements, payouts — so a management company's own reporting can pull them rather than re-key them. Entering the realm at all requires step-up, and scheduling or marking a payout is a distinct permission from reading one.
