What you can ignore
This section is the point of the page. A product that needs all of itself at every size is not a product that fits you.
Inventory
Stores, suppliers, purchase orders and recipe-level costing are a kitchen-management discipline. With one breakfast service, the POS catalog is enough.
Revenue
Rate recommendations and demand forecasting need a house big enough to have a pattern, and someone whose job it is to act on them. Neither is you yet.
Partner Portal
You own or lease what you run. There is no owner to report to and no commission to calculate.
A morning
- Breakfast is rung up in the outlet and settled to room 204's folio. Nobody re-keys it anywhere.
- 204 checks out. The folio carries the room, the tax and the breakfast, settles, and posts to the ledger with both sides.
- 204 goes dirty on the board. Tonight's arrival for that room cannot be checked in until it is clean again, and the night audit closes the day with the totals it produced.
What you already have
Booking.com and your own site for the rooms, and an accountant who wants a trial balance. The channels connect and certify; the trial balance exports as CSV.
