Luxury and full-service hotels

At this size the question is not whether a module exists. It is whether the food cost, the audit trail and the group's billing all reconcile without a person in the middle.

01

Who this is for

You are a full-service hotel: multiple F&B outlets, function and event business, a kitchen with a real purchasing operation, a finance department, and a security posture that has to survive an audit. More than one property, more than one role, and a great deal that has to be provable after the fact.

The Night Audit screen in Nerve. A card shows the current business date with a “Run night audit” button; below, recent runs are listed one per date with the room charges, tax, revenue and payments each roll produced.
The roll closes a business date, and states what it produced.

What you switch on

And why this module, for this kind of property — not the generic description.

  • Front Desk

Group blocks and master folios with per-stay billing splits, stay-time policies per rate plan, and a desk that runs on a business date rather than a clock.

    See the module →
  • Reservations

Distribution shaped per channel, with rules, cut-offs and a queue whose every push is individually auditable.

    See the module →
  • Housekeeping

Status as the fact that gates check-in, at the scale where nobody can hold it in their head.

    See the module →
  • Accounting

Journal entries with both sides against numbered accounts, a trial balance that follows from them, aged payables and receivables, and a night audit stating what each roll produced.

    See the module →
  • Revenue

Pace, a per-night forecast, rate recommendations with their reasoning, and a portfolio view that puts the per-property table under the group figure rather than instead of it.

  • Inventory

This is the rung recipe costing is for. Catalog to purchasing to receiving to counts to recipes to a valuation that reconciles against the movement ledger — and a short delivery that leaves the balance open.

    See the module →
  • Point of Sale

Multiple outlets and function business: a board from enquiry to closed with options that expire, a scheduler for activity outlets, and checks that settle to a room, a card or an event master account.

    See the module →
  • Integrations

Your existing estate is not going away. Scoped keys, webhooks with delivery history and replay, and an MCP endpoint for the agents that are coming whether you planned for them or not.

    See the module →
  • Settings

Role granularity, an audit log covering app, API and MCP in one place, and step-up thresholds on refunds, adjustments, discounts, voids and card reveals.

What you can ignore

This section is the point of the page. A product that needs all of itself at every size is not a product that fits you.

  • Partner Portal

Unless you also manage properties you do not own, this is not your realm — and entering it takes a deliberate step-up anyway.

A night

  1. A banquet check settles to the event's master account rather than to a room, because that is one of the three destinations the settle dialog offers.
  2. The kitchen issues stock by recipe rather than by item, so twenty covers draw down each ingredient in its own units and the valuation still reconciles in the morning.
  3. The night audit runs. The business date advances, the roll states its room charges, tax, revenue and payments, and every step of it — including the agent that read the KPIs at 02:00 — is a row in one audit log.
The Recipes screen in Nerve. Each recipe states its yield and lists its ingredients as quantities of stock items, with a per-portion and a total cost computed from current stock values.
A recipe is costed from what the stock actually cost, not from a typed-in figure.
The Audit Log in Nerve. Each row records when something happened, the actor, the channel it came through — app, api or mcp — the action, its target, and the outcome pilled ok, denied or error.
A configuration change and an agent's API call sit in the same log.
05

What you already have

Whatever you already have. Channels connect and certify, the trial balance exports, and the API and the webhooks are how the rest of the estate stays in step.
