Property content
The description, photos, facilities and house policies a channel shows a guest — written once here and published out.

Who this is for: Owner, Manager — requires
crs.content.write. Where: Reservations → Property Content
Everything a guest reads before they book: the property description, the photos, the facilities, and the house policies. Written once here and published to each channel, rather than maintained separately in every extranet.
The screen is five sections top to bottom — description, photos, facilities, policies, and publish.
注意
On staging, publishing runs against an in-process stub. Publish states are real; nothing reaches a live channel listing.
Write the description#
- Open Reservations → Property Content.
- Write the Property description.
- Save.
Write it for a guest choosing between listings, not for a search engine. It is what a channel shows above the fold.
Add photos#
- In Photos, paste the photo's URL.
- Write a Caption.
- Attach it to the Property, or to one room category.
- Choose its kind — Photo, Ad or Menu.
- Add it.
Each photo shows its publish state — unpublished, publishing or published — so a distribution that is still in flight is visible rather than assumed.
Attach room photos to their room category rather than to the property. A channel that can show per-room imagery will use them, and one that cannot ignores them.
Set the facilities#
Attach facilities from the catalog, at property level or per room category. Facilities are a controlled vocabulary rather than free text, which is what lets a channel map them onto its own filters — a guest filtering for air conditioning finds you only if you claimed it from the list.
Fill in the house policies#
The policy section is what channels ask for as structured fields, not prose:
| Field | Notes |
|---|---|
| Check-in / check-out time | What the channel advertises |
| Internet access | None, WiFi or Wired — and free or paid, with a price |
| Parking | None, On-site or Nearby — free or paid, with a price, and whether it needs reserving |
| Pets | Not allowed, Allowed, or By arrangement — with a charge |
| Smoking | Allowed or not |
| Adults only | Whether children are accepted |
| Max guests | 0 means unspecified |
| Child age bands | The ranges your child pricing uses |
重要
These are the fields a guest is shown and a channel enforces. Getting pets, parking cost or adults only wrong produces an arrival that legitimately expected something else — and a dispute the channel will settle against whatever was published.
注意
The check-in and check-out times here are what channels advertise. What actually governs a stay's clock is a stay-time policy. Set both, and set them to the same thing unless you have a specific reason not to.
Publish to a channel#
- Scroll to Publish to channel.
- Select the channel to publish to.
Publish state is tracked per item, so you can see which photos and which policy set have reached which channel. With no channels connected, the section says so — see connecting a channel.
